Everything You Need To Know About Enrollment!

Before enrolling for the 2026–2027 season, please review the important information below. We want to make sure you understand your enrollment, Trial Classes, tuition, class placement, and cancellation policies before registering!

Trials vs. Enrollment

  • Ready to enroll or want to try a class first? Enrollment is for dancers who are ready to commit to their class and should not be used as a way to hold a spot while waiting to try the class. If you enroll, your first month's tuition will be charged on September 8th, even if you decide after the first class that it isn't the right fit. If you'd like your dancer to try a class before committing, please use our Trial Class option instead.

  • Trial Class Sign Ups will become available starting August 29th. Sign Ups can be done through your online parent portal.

  • Please do not enroll in a class to hold a spot while waiting to take a Trial Class. Not sure about committing to a class? Please wait for a trial rather than enrolling to hold a spot. Enrollment spots are intended for students who are ready to commit to joining the class.

  • New students may take up to 4 free trial classes within a one-week trial period.

  • Trial availability is based on the spaces remaining in each class

  • Waiting for a trial does come with the risk that a class may fill before trials become available. We are unable to hold or guarantee class spots for future trials.

  • Families who choose to enroll early secure their dancer's spot but are committing to enrollment without first taking a trial.

  • Families who prefer to try a class before committing are welcome to wait for trial registration, with the understanding that space may no longer be available.

Registration & Enrollment

  • A registration fee is due at the time of enrollment:

    • $40 for the first student

    • $20 for each additional sibling

  • Registration fees are separate from monthly tuition.

  • Your dancer's spot in the class is secured once registration is successfully completed.

  • Class availability is first come, first served. Classes may fill, so we recommend enrolling early if you know which class your dancer would like to join.

Class Levels & Placement

  • Please make sure your dancer is enrolling in the appropriate class level.

  • Students who are brand new to dance should generally begin in Level 1.

  • Being within the listed age range does not automatically mean a dancer is eligible for every level offered within that age group.

  • Experience in one dance style does not automatically qualify a dancer for the same level in another style. For example, a Level 2 Jazz dancer who has never taken Hip Hop should not automatically enroll in Hip Hop Level 2.

  • Class levels are based on experience, skills, and readiness - not scheduling preference. Please do not enroll in a higher-level class simply because the day or time works better for your schedule.

  • Returning Spring 2026 students should review their class placement recommendations in the Parent Portal before enrolling for the new season.

  • Completing one season at a particular level does not automatically mean a dancer should move to the next level.

  • If you're unsure which level is appropriate, please contact our office before enrolling.

Tuition & Auto-Pay

  • Tuition will be processed on the first day of our season.

  • Tuition is billed month-to-month throughout the season.

  • Auto-pay is required for all enrolled families, and a valid credit card must remain on file.

  • Monthly tuition will be automatically processed using the card on file.

  • Enrollment will continue month-to-month unless you drop the class through your Parent Portal.

Dropping a Class

  • Families are responsible for dropping classes through their Parent Portal when they no longer wish to continue.

  • Class drops must be completed before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged tuition for that month.

  • Once monthly tuition has been processed, it will not be refunded due to a class being dropped.

  • Please do not rely on notifying an instructor that your dancer will no longer be attending. The class must be officially dropped through the Parent Portal or you must confirm with the office.

Refunds & Credits

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • When applicable, a studio credit may be issued instead of a refund.

  • Credits remain on your studio account and may be applied toward eligible future charges.
