ACRO
WORKSHOPS

Our Summer Acro Workshops are the perfect way to build strength, flexibility, and acrobatic skills in a fun, supportive environment. Offered weekly throughout the summer, these workshops are taught in a structured, class-like setting with a strong focus on proper technique, skill progression, and safety. Workshops range from 1–2 hours per day and are designed to meet students where they are, with options available for ages 3+ and all experience levels. Whether a student is brand new to acro or looking to refine and advance skills, our instructors provide focused instruction to help each individual grow with confidence. These weekly workshops are a great way to stay active, improve acro fundamentals, and continue skill development all summer long!

FIND YOUR LEVEL

Jumpstart Acro

Acro Level 4

For students who can perform walkovers with good form. This level works on aerials, switch walkovers, continuous dive rolls, controlled handstand walks, and introduction to back handsprings and advanced balance skills.
